We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our inclusive team of support workers, empowered to create innovative ways to support individuals achieve their own personal goals. As well as providing personal and emotional support to these individuals in their supported living setting, there will also be a lot of time supporting with life in their community; to develop relationships within their community, to discover new skills, form further ambitions and pursue hobbies and interest, which currently include gardening and cooking.
The role will require Resilience, Patience, compassion, and flexibility, to enable a truly person-centred approach to the support. Shift patterns will vary including days, nights & waking nights.

Your enthusiasm, people skills, reliability and "can-do" approach is vital - but no formal experience is necessary as all our staff receive ongoing endorsed training tailored to the specific needs of the individual you support, allowing personal development and career progression. Who are we looking for?
No previous experience or qualifications required, full training will be provided for the right candidate

Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
