Full Job Description

  • Monitor funding forecasting and re-forecasting to inform organisation activity and performance against profiles, to ensure funding is maximised;

  • Monitor contracts, funding and compliance with funding rules for all provision delivered by the organisation;

  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of funding body requirements, including all updates, relating to tolerances and thresholds, ensuring requests for growth are met timely and accurately, managing a small team of staff and volunteers ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service.

  • meeting with our service users and assess their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups within the community or to manage a health condition, enabling them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.

  • liaising with partnership agencies and stakeholders to promote the service and build meaningful relationships.

  • producing and maintaining monthly reports., As Accounts Assistant, you will assist with the effective and smooth running of the accounts department where you will be responsible for general accounts and a various financial duties including:-


  • Assist with credit control

  • Data entry including checking, scanning and inputting of purchase invoices

  • Maintain records of the company purchase and sales ledger

  • Experience of report writing
