Full Job Description

Herefordshire Wildlife Trust (HWT) is one of the 46 Wildlife Trusts, and is the leading wildlife charity in Herefordshire. We are dedicated to protecting the special wildlife in Herefordshire and encouraging people to enjoy, care for and act for nature. We own and manage 60 Nature Reserves across the county and have over 6,300 members. Our 2020 Vision for Wildlife aims to place nature's recovery at the forefront of tackling the climate emergency - for wildlife itself, for the natural services it provides and for everyone's wellbeing.

Responsible for: Volunteer Wardens and reserve-based Volunteers
Status: Full time 37 hours per week fixed term to 31^st March 2025, with view to becoming permanent
Salary: £26,000-£28,000 depending on experience
Based at: Queenswood Country Park, HWT Nature Reserves and working from home.
Disclosure: As this post involves some contact with volunteers, employment may be subject to a successful Standard DBS check.
