Full Job Description
- £32,515.60 Full time (48 Hours) £13 PER HOUR
- 2-week rolling rota (3 days off week 1, 4 days off week 2)

Our Place Group is an independent group of children's residential homes and an independent specialist school based in the village of Bransford, Worcester, supporting young people on the Autistic Spectrum and other learning disabilities. In April 2023 we received a GOOD rating from OFSTED.
Your role will involve supporting our young people in the home day to day alongside our team to ensure they can reach their full potential and life goals with a helping hand

How will your application be managed?
Pre employment checks will be carried out by Our Place Group in accordance with Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment in Education legislation.
This role will involve undertaking regulated activity such as personal care or having the opportunity for contact with our children/young people. Therefore, this position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and an enhanced DBS and Children's Barred list check will be required for the successful candidate.
