Full Job Description

Delivery Centre's provide unparalleled specialist support for the Audit and Assurance practice. To maximize the support the centre's can provide, we develop our resource planners to be able to plan and prioritize individuals' workflows to achieve not only the centers aims, but the team members development. You will be able to achieve this with the option to work flexibly, wherever you best realize that, whether that is at home or one of our offices.,

  • Be an integral member of the SACC operations team to create schedules which ensure that the best individuals are assigned to jobs and maximize the amount of resource utilized

  • Ensure that specialists are appropriately matched to jobs which, are challenging and support their development

  • Ensure accuracy of specialist schedules and the timely escalation of potential conflicts and issues

  • Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution

  • Liaising with other Audit Delivery Centre's to manage centre overflow of work

  • Manage and respond to customer support queries in our dedicated customer support portal

  • Support Audit teams with the management of their bookings

    Computer literate - a strong working knowledge of Windows and Excel

  • Confident and skilled verbal and written communicator - ability to cultivate trusted advisor working relationships with practitioners, business unit team members and the wider resource management function

  • Ability to interact effectively with empathy, impact and discretion

  • Flexibility and ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment

  • Ability to plan, prioritise, multitask and manage a significant workload under pressure with excellent attention to detail

  • Team player who uses initiative and takes ownership

  • Portrays a professional, customer orientated image of resource planning

  • Proactive and willing to go the extra mile

  • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of the Business Unit and wider Audit practice

    As a Resource Administrator in the Subsidiary Accounts Completion Centre (SACC), you will support the operations team in facilitating the effective deployment of the centre's specialists. You will achieve this by working closely with specialists, engagement teams and your colleagues in the operations team to fully maximize the centre's resources to develop our staff and achieve key KPI's. The role is people-focused and founded on establishing effective working relationships with all key stakeholders., We know it's not just about the numbers.
