Full Job Description

As Resource Planning Administrator, you'll create forecasts, plan both employee resource and investment time, all whilst optimising shifts across our customer service and sales teams.
You'll analyse the performance of contact centre resource in real time as well as producing reports for the management team.

You'll be comfortable with numbers and recognizing where 'actual' numbers - like call volumes and actual sales show a variance to what was forecasted.

Why are more customers calling than expected? Is this increase in sales going to be a short term or long-term change? These are the kind of questions you'll be asking!!...exciting stuff, right?
