Restaurant Supervisor

Ideal candidates for this role will have experience working to a 2 rosette standard within a busy restaurant or food and beverage environment offering A La Carte, afternoon tea and bespoke events. You will be required to take responsibility for the daily running of the department in the absence of the restaurant manager, which would involve stock ordering, stocktaking, recruitment, staff rota, training, as well as maintaining exceptionally high standards. You must be reliable, very organised and hard-working and a strong team player who is totally committed to exceeding guest expectations. Experience in a supervisory front of house operations role is desirable. Hotel duty management is also a feature of this role.
