Full Job Description
Your Quality Care Services are a well-established home care provider and we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality care possible.
We are looking for motivated and caring individuals who share our ethos and want to make a real difference in the work that they undertake.
This role is specifically within Avonpark Village, near Bath, supporting our clients in a beautiful retirement village setting, meaning no travel is required between clients.
Tasks include but are not limited to;
- Domestic Support
- Shopping
- Meal Preparation
- Personal Care
- Companionship/Activity Support
- Excellent rates of pay from £11.80 to £12.85 per hour depending on shift.
- No travel required between clients

- Fully funded face to face training which staff are paid to attend
- 20 days Annual Leave pro rata
- Ongoing support and personal development
We also provide a Wellbeing Emergency Responder Service which will be part of your role. This involves responding to emergencies that may occur within the village, assessing what is happening and arranging for the appropriate support
Care experience is preferred but not essentials as full, face to face, practical training will be provided and paid for.
