Room Leader

Our team recently got an Outstanding rating from OFSTED once again.

This full-time position runs from Monday to Friday, totalling 40 hours a week. You can pick either 8-hour or 10-hour workdays, with a 1-hour lunch break (unpaid). Opt for the 10-hour days, and you'll get a day off each week.

We need someone who loves Early Years and shares our nursery values. The ideal candidate holds a full Level 3 qualification or higher, with a bonus for leadership experience.

Your duties will involve supporting care routines like meals, nappy changes, sleep times, and bottle prep. You'll also be a key worker, helping children learn and grow.

Teamwork is key - from working indoors to outdoor activities in our woodland and Forest School.

Your role:

Lead a team and support their development.
Create a stimulating learning environment with engaging activities for children, both indoors and outdoors.
Provide enriching learning experiences and exceptional care to help children reach their milestones.
Foster strong partnerships with colleagues, parents/carers, and professionals to meet each child's needs.
Prioritise child welfare, protection, health, safety, and safeguarding.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy, and safe environment.
