Sales Account Executive

As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients over the phone. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, foster client satisfaction, and maximize revenue generation through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.,

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts through regular communication.


• Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements and drive value.


• Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, addressing and answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery.


• Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise sales potential.


• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Admin, to coordinate efforts and deliver solutions to clients.


• Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales, and client feedback to management.


• Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions to align business objectives.


• Utilize our CRM software & our business intelligence software to track interactions, see sales trends, opportunities and streamline the sales process.


• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
