Full Job Description
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and growing relationships with key clients, primarily through phone calls and video conferences, and occasionally at trade shows. Your main goal is to meet or exceed sales targets, enhance client satisfaction, and boost revenue by leveraging your outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key accounts by engaging in regular, meaningful communication.
- Understand and address the unique needs, objectives, and challenges of clients, providing customized solutions that deliver substantial value.
- Serve as the primary liaison for key clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring top-tier service.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to amplify sales results.
- Work collaboratively with our Sales, Marketing, and Administrative teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, sales outcomes, and client feedback to the leadership team.
- Conduct comprehensive account reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with overarching business goals.
- Utilize our advanced CRM and business intelligence tools to monitor interactions, track sales trends, and optimize the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, pricing, and promotions to effectively articulate value propositions and close sales.
