We seek a high-spirited personality interested in commercial property who will join our new valuation team.   • Obtain instructions on properties of a suitable quality and in sufficient quantity to achieve agreed business targets

  • Find buyers and negotiate the sale of properties

  • Understand the district and have a sound knowledge of contemporary property values together with a keen awareness of local competition

  • Research data accurately and present this information in writing to a high professional standard

  • Communicate fully with all concerned to ensure that sales are managed in an efficient and professional manner

  • Maintain a high profile in the community in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients

    We are looking for an experienced and highly capable agent, who is self-sufficient, self-motivated, has strong leadership skills and able to develop staff and build relationships at all levels. In addition, they should have a strong track record in leading market appraisals, negotiating deals, and strategically building a sales business that will deliver both now and in the future.

    The role will be based in our Weybridge office, but will involve close collaboration with the sales teams in our Cobham and Esher offices, alongside the wider business which will be vital for success. Full support will be provided by our high-performing operations team, and the role will report directly into our Head of Weybridge Sales, Matt Scott.
