Full Job Description
You'll learn about and be involved in the products we sell, including toys, stationery, and greetings cards. As a sales apprentice you’ll learn about the different ways we sell these products and ensure that our customers are happy, as well as all aspects of sales administration. You will telephone customers, answer calls to the office and upsell.
