Full Job Description

  • Answer incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquiries and fax requests

  • Generate customer quotations in a timely manner in response to customer RFQ's

  • Enter customer PO's/Contracts into ERP system, archiving relateddocumentation according quality procedures

  • Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing withinternal personnel

  • Understand and support established sales policies and procedures to provideproper and effective treatment to customers

  • Relate new product ideas and stock replenishments to management forevaluation

  • Resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner

  • Attend/facilitate on and offsite customer reviews

  • Attend Industry trade shows to generate new leads where necessary

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

    Bachelor's degree in business, business management, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Aerospace sales or experience working within a sales environment

  • Educated to a GCSE level in English and Maths is essential

  • Foreign language skills is desirable but not essential

  • Company basic ERP knowledge and internet browsing
