Immediate starts available. Entry-level role. Candidates with a full UK drivers license and access to their own vehicle preferred.

We are a leading sales and marketing company based in Swansea, seeking passionate individuals to join our expanding sales team immediately to work with leading UK brands. As such, you will be providing excellent face-to-face customer service and sales, engaging with the British public (B2C) in areas of high footfall (successful candidates will be expected to attend events venues to make sales) as this is the best way to get potential customers engaged with the brand you will represent.

Within this entry-level role, you can expect to represent an exciting portfolio of clients, including charities and non-profits, helping them raise money for amazing causes. You will have to help potential customers sign up for monthly donations, subscriptions, or enter raffles, lotteries and competitions.

Role Responsibilities

Sales assistants are primarily tasked with engaging potential customers in person, delivering exceptional customer service to drive revenue and sales for the client. Moreover, they are expected to collaborate effectively with fellow team members to create a positive and motivated work environment. As part of their responsibilities, they will also assist in on-boarding new sales assistants, help getting them started and in time potentially becoming a coach or mentor to help them make more sales and get more out of the role. Lastly, you will engage in skill sharing sessions within the office, to help other team members and listen to others to create better sales strategies, pitches and develop skills in other areas such as business development, marketing and brand awareness.

  • Full-Time Availability: Commitment to working full-time hours (at least 5 full days a week, Mon-Sat)

  • Excellent English Speaking Skills: Clear communication is key, you must be able to talk with customers and our client in fluent English
