Sales Enablement Manager

Were looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to own the sales enablement activities for the inbound Business Development Representative team as well as cross-company learning programs.
We are currently looking for someone to join on a full-time basis
This role will report directly to the L&D team manager and will be part of the HR organization.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people learn and grow, able to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organizational skills.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your daily responsibilities may include:

Own, build and drive adoption of Sales Enablement training globally e.g. onboarding boot camps for new BDRs
Provide ongoing training and development based on gap analysis
Work closely with Go To Market managers to design and create sales certification programs
Make sure the BDR team are maximising the use of tools and resources designed to help them reach their full potential
Partner with stakeholders across the business (Marketing, Strategy, Product etc) to keep BDRs up to date with all key updates in the business and wider industry
Collaborate with the L&D team on building and executing the Sales Academy for sales personnel who are early into their careers
Responsible for creating and executing learning solutions and programs (mentorship & coaching program, e-learning platforms, and live workshops)
Responsible for monitoring our employees' feedback and scores related to personal development and ensuring we are evolving our actions accordingly.

3 years of experience in sales enablement
Native English - required
A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
Strong storyteller with superb communication & presentation skills
Curious and eager to learn best practices and grow within the HR organisation
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
BA in Management, Psychology, Sociology, Learning technologies, or any relevant field - is a plus
