Sales Executive

Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Executive to join our team at Fordthorne Cardiff, with more to follow in the following months. As a Sales Executive, you will play an essential role in driving sales and exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for building strong long lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their vehicle purchasing process, both now and in the future. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars, people, and a want to succeed in all they do.,

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.


• Provide expert advice on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.


• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.


• Retain the value of the cars and to close sales and achieve targets.


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.


• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.


• Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
  
  Proven experience in a sales or a customer centric related field.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.


• Customer focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Full UK driving license.
