Full Job Description

  • To promote and actively sell the PTS product to both incoming enquiries from New Start-up and Trading businesses. Including Homeworkers, Tour Operators, Travel agencies and Niche new businesses.

  • To promote the PTS product outgoing via all Social Media platforms

  • Attend trade events regularly representing PTS

  • Attend conferences where relevant

  • Arrange and attend Meetings with potential new members

  • Liaise with all internal departments in order to maximise the service to the consumer

  • Assess and make decisions which represent the values the business

  • Manage your own pipeline of enquiries and work collectively as a team to achieve team targets

  • Represent the company at client meetings, which may involve international travel, overnight stays and evening work.

  • Maintain a working knowledge of relevant international laws and regulations (ATOL, PTR)

  • Manage partner relationships with regular performance review meetings.

  • Desired Experience
  • Experience of working with suppliers within the financial and travel sectors.

  • General knowledge of Civil Aviation Authority and ABTA.

  • Knowledge of PTR, ATOL and GDPR.

  • Experience in collating supplier and override agreements.


  • Qualification and educational requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office

  • Excellent negotiation skills essential

  • Ability to communicate at all levels

  • Maintain professionalism at all times

  • Full clean driving licence essential, B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)

    To increase the number of members joining the PTS business (currently at 400+ members) by converting enquiries, promoting yourself and the business via Social media and events.
