Are you a driven salesperson with a knack for relationship-building? We're seeking an enthusiastic Salesperson to join our team. As an integral part of our sales division, you will facilitate exceptional sales and recruitment events while delivering top-notch business services.

If you have experience in the automotive industry, B2B sales, business development or account management, this role could be the ideal next step for you. Comprehensive training and continuous support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Successful applicants must be available all day to attend an interview session on Wednesday 3rd April based at our head office. Please note we are unable to offer alternative dates or times.

Main duties and responsibilities

· Build and maintain long term relationships with our customers to maximise the opportunity for sales.

· Maximise profitability through the successful conversion of sales enquiries and the sale of additional products.

· Utilise the HubSpot database to stay organised, professional, and focused.

· Always ensure a high standard of service and communication with customers with the aim of delighting dealers

· Share new ideas to help develop and improve products and services

· Achieve targets consistently and thrive in a target-driven & team focused environment.

· Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable however it is not essential as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

· Prior experience working in an automotive dealership would be beneficial.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· A passion for looking after customers and building relationships.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    This role will based at our head office in Colburn, North Yorkshire. The position is full time, & permanent, Monday - Friday.
