Sales Executive / Estimator SOCOTEC Monitoring, Uckfield, Dartford, Stockton

To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Infrastructure division. Over the past 30 years, SOCOTEC Monitoring has become a market leader providing measurement and monitoring for the civil, structural and geotechnical industries.

We provide critical data to owners, operators, construction and demolition companies in the Utilities, Energy, Transport and Infrastructure sectors.

We are working on some of the biggest Infrastructure Projects in the UK, including : HS2, Lower Thames Crossing and Silvertown Tunnel.

The activities range from structural, geotechnical, environmental and foundations monitoring.

We are looking a Sales Executive / Estimator to join the team to support the quoting, tracking and conversation of project opportunities, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tender portals as well as responding to clients.

To assist the BD team with the preparation of complex bids and customer engagement and feedback.

• 2 years industry experience (construction, geotechnical, rail or civil), in a customer facing role


• Knowledge of construction market place and purchasing processes


• Experience of quoting (Project costing and margins)


• Use of customer relationship management (CRM) processes and software
