Full Job Description

Cambridge Associates is looking to hire a Sales Management Director for EMEA and APAC. The principal objective of this role is to instill a data and analytics culture, and drive operational excellence throughout the Sales team. Specifically, you will be responsible for assisting in working with Practice Heads, Regional Heads, Marketing, and other key functions to develop the strategies, while supporting Microsoft Dynamics management, pipeline analytics and RFP database efforts, and helping to enhance regional processes. As the Sales Management Director, EMEA and APAC, you will also work to drive strategic initiatives across and within regions, and manage EMEA and APAC Sales Support (junior team members) to oversee their training, performance and development, and resource allocation., · Manage intermediary engagement and oversight

· Work with compliance to set standards for best practices including training, process, and accountability, and stay informed of regulatory and compliance changes that may affect Sales

· Drive data and analytics efforts across International Sales, keeping a constant pulse on the pipeline and leveraging insights to refine prospecting strategies, measure engagement effectiveness, and identify growth opportunities

· Support competitive intelligence

· Support the Sales Management Director, US on Microsoft Dynamics efforts (buildout, adoption, upkeep, etc.), promoting a data-driven culture within Sales, with analytics key to informing decision-making

· Support the Sales Management Director, US in aggregating and maintaining an internal centralized RFP database that can be leveraged to easily access specific data needed

· Work with international regions and Practices within to increase rigor across all processes

· Independently drive other strategic initiatives across and within practices and regions

· Manage EMEA and APAC Sales Support (junior team members) overall - while they will have Sales Directors(+) as their day-to-day managers, oversee their training, performance and development, while also re-allocating resources as necessary to load-balance across the team

· Partner closely with the Sales Management Director, US to ensure coordination and connectivity across regions

· Work closely with Practice Heads, Regional Heads, Marketing, and other key functions

· A proven track record in a Sales Management role or similar capacity with 10+ years experience; preference for experience focused within the investment industry

· Solid knowledge of the investment industry

· Experience working cross-functionally at senior levels

· Strong analytical skills and experience working with complex data

· Ability to diagnose process improvement opportunities and implement changes

· Ability to independently build presentations for senior management

· Experience managing and developing junior staff

· Extensive fluency with Microsoft Dynamics or comparable system

· Strong listening and organizational / stakeholder management skills

· Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

· Relentlessly attentive to detail

· Ability to operate independently while also partnering effectively with both Sales team members and key senior stakeholders across an organization

· Fluency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Undergraduate degree is required
