Full Job Description

This role is part of the Management team of the business. The overall aim of this role is to grow revenues and profit for the Premier Accounts New Business Department, operating at both strategic and a tactical level planning the future direction of the team and executing that plan. This is an office based role, however will include travel in the UK.

Reporting structure

The successful candidate will report to the Customer Relations Director.,

  • Responsible for management and growth of the team

  • Responsible for management, motivation and performance of the lead generation and sales team

  • Responsible for coaching and development of the team to ensure continuous improvement and success of everyone

  • Maintain appropriate systems for measuring and reporting all aspects of activity / sales performance

  • Access market opportunities for the division to ensure sales are maximized

  • Identify and develop new business sales

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline at a level that enables the targets to be consistently achieved

  • Work closely with the marketing and product functions of the business to ensure relevant campaigns are developed and executed alongside sales activities

  • Work with management on other aspects of the business as part of the Management Team.

  • New business focused as well as the ability to retain and grow existing accounts

  • An inspirational manager who can motivate a team

  • General Experience
  • Proven track record of sales success

  • A track record of achieving sales success in a sales management role

  • A background of working in Financial Services is desirable but not essential., GCSE or equivalent (preferred), Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Retail management: 1 year (preferred)

  • Management: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
