Full Job Description

1.Identify and prospect potential clients across the United Kingdom who can benefit from LBS's BPO services.

2.Initiate contact with potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, networking).

3.Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our service offerings.

4.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

5.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition to our onboarding and operations teams.

6.Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

7.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of LBS.

1.Proven experience in sales, preferably in BPO services or related industries.

2.Strong understanding of BPO services and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.

3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

5.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

6.Willingness to travel within the UK for client meetings as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £5,000.00-£10,000.00 per month
