Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Korg UK as we enter a new phase of growth. The company's aim is to be a key element in the success of its business partners, and you will be working with a dynamic and highly motivated team to make this happen. You will be responsible for developing our business by building and maintaining relationships with our existing dealer network and identifying new opportunities. You will also support the marketing and promotion of our products in-store, online, and at public events. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of success in sales and a passion for music., The role is based on working remotely with occasional visits to our Milton Keynes Head Office. The ideal candidate will reside in a location which is appropriate for travelling regularly throughout the UK and Ireland.,

  • Achieving sales targets across all brand categories.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with music store owners, managers, and key staff, monitoring dealer stock levels and providing product training and merchandising as required.

  • Developing clear and effective business proposals and sales presentations communicated effectively through a variety of channels, including face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, and video conferencing.

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of retail and consumer marketing promotions of our products in-store, online, and at events.

  • Collaborating with our marketing team on new product releases and projects.

  • Representing the company at trade and consumer events.

  • Taking the initiative to identify and resolve dealer and consumer issues, collaborating with colleagues to offer solutions.

  • Providing written reports to management on market situations and trends.

  • Generating ideas for maintaining and developing demand for our products.

  • Ensuring that all trading activities take place in accordance with company procedures and compliance regulations.

    We are looking to appoint an experienced sales professional to represent Korg Synthesizers, Workstations, Hi-Tech, Piano and Arranger products across our network of dealerships in the UK and Ireland., motivation to achieve sales targets and maintain our brands' strong visibility and presence in the market.

  • a proven record of success in a target-driven business environment, with the ability to generate sales, identify new opportunities, and build relationships with customers.

  • powerful communication and people skills.

  • a strategic understanding of creating meetings which achieve regular, structured communication that aligns with the needs of our business and our customers.

  • the ability to work independently and collaboratively both internally, and with our dealer network.

  • experience in sales account management.

  • musical and technical ability to present our range of Synthesizers, Workstations, Hi-Tech, Piano and Arranger products in a variety of situations.

  • a high standard of computer literacy and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.

  • a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.

    This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm with one paid hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week), There is a need for some flexibility in working hours at times to accommodate business requirements such as important events, promotional activities and key deadlines., Korg UK provides all the benefits of working for a high-profile international distributor, including:
