This is an exciting Sales & Marketing Executive role, within a well-established and strong performing Sales & Marketing Team. Based within our Poole (UK) Head Office, you'll be providing customer service and sales and marketing support to our ever-growing global customer base and our valued distributors and partners. These sales are driven through a number of different and interesting channels, such as: direct end user, resellers, rental partners and a strong distribution network.

You will be one of the day-to-day customer service agents and relationship managers for the company. Dealing with enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders and providing marketing support such as exhibition and trade show arrangements. All the while ensuring the highest levels of customer service, to consistently exceed our customer's expectations. There's no cold calling with this role, you'll be dealing with genuine enquiries, engaging and building strong relationships with our customer base and on-boarding new customers.

The role demands are exciting and varied, driven by our global customers order requirements. As a result it requires a 'pro-active team player', who is capable of prioritising tasks, re-prioritising work demands as urgent orders come in and communicating effectively with both our customers, internal teams and external suppliers. Being the face and voice of the company, comes with a high level of trust. Therefore, an accountable, honest and mature outlook is necessary.,

  • Organising the Sales and Marketing Inboxes, sharing the workload within the team and removing junk mail.

  • Answering incoming calls, talking to customers on the phone and dealing with enquiries politely and efficiently.

  • Timely preparation of customer quotations and processing of customer orders in the CRM/ERP system.

  • Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining all customer correspondence in the CRM/ERP system.

  • Obtaining and negotiating quotes from suppliers for road, sea and air freight and ancillary items.

  • Supported by internal training, developing your own product knowledge to be able to offer technical advice to our customers and understand our product range.

  • Following up with customers by phone, email and MS Teams to obtain feedback on our quotations and orders.

  • Fulfilling the customer satisfaction survey process, following up with customers by phone and email to help us continually improve our product and service offering.

  • Executing advertising campaigns and social media communications.

  • Executing email campaigns utilising the CRM.

  • Maintain marketing materials including product literature, presentations, posters, banners etc.

  • Provide Distributor and Partner support as and when required with marketing material and content.

  • Arranging travel and bookings for exhibitions, trade shows and overseas Sales and Marketing trips.

  • Supporting the Sales and Marketing Team with any ad-hoc administrative support.

    Full in role training and development will be provided on the companies core product and service offering, but to support this you must be willing to embrace the challenge and quickly grasp our industry. This role would suit an individual with prior or transferable experience, or a recent University or College leaver with a related Business qualification., Demonstrable Sales and Marketing experience and understanding.

  • Passionate and energetic - a self-starter with a "can do" attitude!

  • Ability to build lasting and genuine relationships through Skype/MS Teams, phone calls and emails.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Sensitive and tactful within a multi-cultural global customer base.

  • Basic numerical and written literacy with at least a C in GCSE English & Maths or equivalent/higher qualification.

  • Preferably 1 years experience within a B2B Sales, Customer Service or similar style role.

  • Preferably 1 years experience in a marketing administration or junior executive style role.

  • Preferably experience using a CRM/ERP software system such as; 123 Insight, Sales Force, Oracle or SAP etc., Do you have at least a C in Maths and English at GCSE level (or equivalent)?


  • Experience:
  • B2B Sales or Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

  • B2B Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

    Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Dependent on Experience.

    Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:30. Friday 08:30 to 16:00 (total of 40 hours per week).

    Holiday: 20 days pro-rata plus the Christmas Shutdown period and UK Bank Holidays.
