Full Job Description

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data


  • Negotiate offers and work towards successful completion

  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a bonus, GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

  • Earnings will comprise a basic salary plus commission and bonuses with an OTE in excess of £30,000pa, 10 Sales per month

  • Book 10 viewings per day

  • Book 1 market appraisal per day

  • Zero diary actions with no daily carry over

  • Zero complaints

  • 3 Positive reviews per month

    Pay: £24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
