Sales Representative

The sales function is the lifeblood of our company, driving sustainable growth and profitability. This is achieved through the acquisition of new business and development of key accounts, both of which are vital to our future success. You will be responsible for prospecting new leads, conducting consultative sales calls, managing the sales pipeline, and securing customer deals to achieve monthly quotas.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own and manage inbound funnel of leads, close the deals and bring in profitable revenue


• Generate further leads through outbound calls, email, social media outreach etc


• Assess client needs and present tailored solutions


• Manage all aspects of sales cycle and pipeline in CRM system


• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
  
  Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field


• Ability to make many outbound sales calls


• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Strong organisational and time-management abilities


• Able to build effective relationships and influence at all levels, with both internal and external stakeholders, Outbound sales: 1 year (required)
