Full Job Description
- Review case files and engage with non-compliant product users, informing them about the risks of non-compliance and the benefits of using licensed software with the goal of regularisation through license purchase.
- Manage the engagement process on behalf of our clients, from initial contact with the company/user, through the closure of the matter through a negotiated commercial agreement.
- Draft reports and maintain records of compliance activities.
- Provide advice on handling compliance challenges to the client team and external partners to develop and implement successful license compliance strategies
- Conduct internal audits of case files to ensure that company standards are being met.
- Act as a liaison between the company, our clients, and the identified non-compliant users.
- Manage a caseload of files and deliver on annual and quarterly targets by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of compliance opportunities, focusing primarily on new customer acquisition and leveraging these opportunities to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas
Additional language skills are a bonus, but not required (Italian, Portuguese, German, or French), We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with sales and negotiation experience, who can easily multitask in a diverse work environment operating on a global scale. We are looking for an ambitious and responsible candidate to work closely with our compliance and engagement team to manage a portfolio of cases relating to the unauthorised usage of our client's products, to convert these users to legitimate customers. - Fluency in English, with exceptional communication skills both over email and phone.
- A bachelor's degree is desirable but not a requirement (relevant experience will be considered as well).
- Evidence of Sales/Negotiations/Customer Relationship Management experience, ideally within the IT or software industry.
- A proven track record of converting leads into sales opportunities
- Strong computer literacy skills - Microsoft Office suite of products, CRM systems, etc.
- Professional communications - written and verbal communications, presentation skills.
- Key behavioural skills including customer focus, achievement focus, interpersonal communication and coaching & support for others, Bachelor's (preferred), Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Negotiation: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer relationship management: 2 years (preferred)

Previous experience in a sales, customer relationship management, or negotiations role is preferred (minimum of 2 years relevant experience).
Fluent language proficiency (reading, writing, translating, and speaking) in any of the following languages is a strong benefit: Italian, Portuguese (Brazilian), German or French.,
