Full Job Description

Produce comprehensive contractual documents with strategic finance partners to ensure client transactions meet company financial and cashflow goals
Facilitate back-and-forth communication to ensure oversight, governance, and stakeholder approvals throughout the negotiation process
Align contractual agreements with financial requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Manage relationships with clients' financial departments, providing portfolio management and strategic guidance
Perform portfolio management tasks and provide information and strategic guidance
Ensure timely approvals and adherence to financial protocols for efficient contract execution

2+ years of hands-on experience in finance-related tasks and contract management duties.

The Commercial and Financial Solutions team is primarily responsible for selling OPEX solutions to our customers. This entails a multifaceted approach that involves managing pricing structures, negotiating contracts, analyzing profit and loss statements (P&NL), overseeing governance protocols, obtaining internal approvals, and securing credit approvals from external funders.
