Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Norwich Service Centre. You will form part of our dynamic sales team and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Sales Team Manager within Righton Blackburns, you will lead and manage your own team of Internal Account Managers. In addition to your own portfolio of accounts, you will be responsible for coaching your team to meet or exceed sales target and build strong customer relationships for improved gross profit. The role is office based, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with full product training and support provided.,

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share and grow your teams' gross profit target.

  • Build and maintain a customer base of quality accounts.

  • Build, develop and manage a high performing sales team that meets or exceeds sales targets, through the delivery of excellent customer service.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve or exceed targets.

  • Stock management for portfolio of accounts.

  • Develop positive relationships with customers. Acting as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs.

  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities, suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with the Operations teams to manage stock levels and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to the sales team to improve their performance

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.

  • Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in sales management.

    Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Business acumen with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and a problem-solving skills

  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills

  • Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite, GCSE or equivalent (required)


  • Experience:
  • B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)


  • Licence/Certification:
  • Driving Licence (preferred)
