Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a driven Salesforce Administrator to join our organisation and play a pivotal role in ensuring that Agriconnect's sales and marketing teams are working in an aligned way. Salesforce is becoming an organisational game-changer for our business and you will drive this transformation.

You will take ownership of Agriconnect's Salesforce CRM platform and will be dedicated to maximising efficiency and capitalising on the full features and benefits of Salesforce. Work with the sales and marketing team to record and track the progress of leads and opportunities, and that financial reporting is accurate and timely.

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who has the initiative to spot trends and someone who would seek the best solution do things better and faster. You will:

  • Take ownership of Agriconnect's Salesforce org.

  • Collaborate with Agriconnect's sales, marketing, customer success and finance department users to define system requirements and customise the platform, enabling users to get the most of Salesforce technology.

  • Supporting the sales team with the design and implementation of sales strategies and coordinating the rebook process for events.

  • Work with the sales team on an ongoing basis to design best practice functionality, increase operational efficiency and enhance our customer data.

  • Support Agriconnect's management with reporting and analytics.

  • Manage user licences, configuration/customisation, setting permissions, security and monitoring and resolving user requests through 'cases' and ensuring the sales team have the relevant sales and marketing collateral to support their roles.

  • You will own maintenance of workflows, functions and configurations within the Agriconnect Salesforce.com environment.

  • Perform ongoing QA testing and gathering feedback from users to proactively identify required system changes and ensure that features meet the needs they were set out to serve, working with our Salesforce managed services partner where necessary.

  • Enhance your platform expertise over time through continuous self-learning

  • Create the future by attending planning meetings, assist with determining how Salesforce can be used and optimised in new ways.

  • Other duties, projects, and admin tasks including support for other Arc businesses' teams as required

  • Experience

    Recent hands-on experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Administrator Certification essential, Accept personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work. Can be relied upon to achieve excellent results.
