Full Job Description

Our IT Product Owners play a vital role, partnering with Business Leads across our globally diverse teams to continue that transformation whilst ensuring the secure and successful on-going Service Delivery of the same., An exciting 12-month opportunity has arisen to step into the role of our IT Product Owner for SAP Fieldglass.

Deployed across our Firms in the UK, Switzerland, Netherlands and Italy, you will lead and leverage the strengths of an experienced distributed team who are accountable for the day-to-day optimal running of our solution to meet demand for Contingent Worker Management and Services Procurement.

You will plan and prioritise a product backlog to drive change and enhancements while being responsible for the full Application lifecycle. Ensuring compliance of the platform with Deloitte and industry standards as well as Data Protection legislation is vital.

Your key focus will also be on all aspects of value delivery, working closely with different stakeholders (including your Senior Business stakeholders, IT leadership and Suppliers like SAP) to define our product strategy, translate this into a clear and actionable roadmap and ensure delivery of our business benefits.,

  • Relatable experience of leading a geographically distributed Service Delivery team, ideally for a Technology SaaS Product(s) within a complex environment.

  • Can lead and co-ordinate the agile delivery of IT Product backlog of change.

  • Aware of and able to ensure the Technology compliance posture (Security, Audit, Continuity) of the Fieldglass SaaS Product in-line with Technology Standards and Data Legislation obligations (UK/EU GDPR)

  • Effective at quickly building relationships with key Product stakeholders at all levels across boundaries, within our Business and Technology organisations.

  • Ability to influence, negotiate and manage competing demands from a diverse group of internal Customers with differing priorities.

  • Value focused, to partner with Business Owners in identifying and prioritising a Roadmap of change.

  • Managing third-party support resources, fostering strong working relationships and achieving adherence to agreed SLAs.

  • Gains and shares Business Insights from our Product data.

  • Managing the Service Delivery Reporting for the Product in-line

  • Identifies and acts on Continuous Improvement opportunities.


  • Highly Desirables:
  • Experience of administering SAP Fieldglass and its modules.

  • Familiarity with Contingent Workforce Management and/or Services Procurement processes.

  • Innovative and creative thinker who is able to articulate and deliver on a vision.
