Full Job Description

As an Associate, you will work as part Product Development team delivering enhancements to existing services, or processes and applications to support new services that are provided to our clients, as part of a partnership with Operations and Technology., The IMOS Product Development Associate will be responsible for delivering targeted projects within the overall IMOS program and will roll into the workstream of Data Delivery, which is responsible for developing the experience of how our clients interact with our data on JPMorgan Markets as well as ingested into our client's (plus end clients or their authorized third parties) systems. The role will focus on supporting the Middle Office Services product roadmap, gathering/drafting requirements for platform feature functionality, collaborating with the Data Product team and other product development areas. This person will play an important role in developing the IMOS Portal by partnering with Client Service, Operations, Sales and Product Management, and clients, by capturing the requirements to deliver the future state MOS oversight toolset.,

  • Write scope and detailed business requirements documents to drive project delivery, articulate and advocate for the business and client needs, with responsibility for execution

  • Build strong partnerships and run project working group meetings with operations, technology, and other product areas to understand business flows and track project delivery

  • Produce and present scorecards, to escalate challenges and brief stakeholders of the projects of major decisions and status updates

  • Identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation, efficiency and standardization

  • Work with clients and think strategically about the user experience across a multitude of domains

  • Propose and deliver solutions as challenges in the project are raised; negotiate to prioritization across product roadmaps

  • Drive simplification and standardization to enable clients to view, and manage data distribution needs

  • Ensure voice of the client and effective controls are components of the product definition and integral to the governance and execution of the program

  • Apply critical thinking to understand requirements; identify, evaluate and propose alternative solutions where necessary to meet client delivery commitments

    Experience working on projects, providing client focused solutions or enhancing existing products or processes

  • Strong data analysis skills are required, with the ability to delve into data to learn trends in its behavior in order to drive how it can be used in the reporting space

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, and Project skills

  • Energetic self-starter with ability to navigate the firm proactively, collaborate and effectively partner with different teams and individuals

  • Excellent communication capabilities, clearly and succinctly message with an understanding of appropriate level of detail for their stakeholders

  • Strong program management skills, must be organized and able to develop a project plan and break it down into achievable deliverables
