Full Job Description

We are looking for a Security Committee Coordinator to join our Team, in Filton.,

  • Scheduling key meetings and room bookings

  • Sending invitations to coordinate stakeholder availability

  • Collaboration with committee members to define committee meeting agendas

  • Maintain agenda backlog and history

  • Collection and aggregation of presentation materials

  • Preparation and coordination of meeting presentations and related documentation with the support of committee members and moderator

  • Management of logistics such as meeting room bookings and catering etc.

  • Production of accurate meeting minutes to ensure adequate recording of decisions and actions.

  • Validation and distribution of meeting minutes

  • Monitoring and following up on key actions.

  • Tracking milestones, project interdependencies and pending issues.

  • Management of collection, storage and access to presentation materials.

    We are looking for an experienced administrator who is able to function effectively in this customer-facing role. You will take a proactive approach to understanding customer requirements by providing high quality and effective inputs., Ability to quickly master standard Google suite tools and applications.

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Efficient time management

  • Effective communication skills

  • Ability to act autonomously and as part of a team

  • Hold a full UK driving licence

  • Basic awareness of cyber security would be advantageous, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
