Full Job Description
- The Role: To support a 35-year-old male individual to maintain their independence by supporting them in their day-to-day life to promote self-efficacy and to work on skills for the future. Those with mental health experience would be encouraged to apply.
- To support and develop confidence to access the community and doing some gentle exercise.
- To support with developing a daily routine and build confidence with a range of skills (for example meal planning and preparation, home management, budgeting and managing finances)
- To support with and promote self-efficacy.
- To prompt him around and with self-care

- Respectful of dignity and independence
- Good communication skills and social skills
- Punctual, and flexible
- Ability to work on your own initiative

Main Duties:
