Senior Accountant

Preparation of limited company accounts and corporation tax returns, alongside handling client queries efficiently.

- VAT return preparation with meticulous attention to detail.

- Crafting sole trader and partnership accounts and tax returns to perfection.

- Mentor junior accounting staff to enhance their skills and the review of their work.

- Resolving HMRC queries and issues with finesse.

We are seeking a highly skilled Part or Qualified (or by experience ) Accountant to join our team. The candidate will have at least 3 years experience working in a practice and possess expertise in various accounting software applications such as Iris, Xero, Sage, and QuickBooks. The ability to be flexible and a team player is essential., The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in preparation of accounts, tax returns and using accounting software.

- Experience with Iris, Xero, and QuickBooks

- Ability to mentor and guide junior accounting staff

- Excellent financial accounting skills

- Knowledge of rural businesses and farming is an advantage.,
