Senior / Associate Project Manager

As part of a continued expansion, Peace Recruitment is working with a global, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, as they seek a Senior level Project Manager to join their very successful Residential Development team.

You will be a core member of the team working on large multi-disciplinary strategic land residential development projects. You will also have the opportunity to support our client across their large portfolio of projects, within a variety of industry sectors.

You will be reporting directly to the Director of Project Management and working alongside both internal and external design team members. You will be expected to work autonomously and as part of our project teams.

This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate experience of how you have managed projects to deliver client’s requirements to programme, budget and required quality standards. Experience of managing the requirements of key stakeholders such as the Environment Agency, Natural England, Highways England and/or local authorities would be beneficial. Experience of having worked on highway, drainage and/or utility infrastructure projects would also be advantageous.

Experience Required:

-        Extensive experience of delivering large scale residential schemes/developments is essential

-        Prior experience of working within a consultancy environment would be preferred, but residential developer experience will also be considered

-        Pre-contract design stage knowledge is essential

-        Prior Project Management delivery experience is essential

-        With the majority of projects in the pipeline based in the Hampshire region, our client is looking for an individual located in that area

On offer:

-        Salary £50,000 - £70,000 DOE
