Senior Content Strategist - Fixed Term Contract until December 2024

As our Senior Content Strategist, you will create and execute the content marketing strategy in our English-language regions. You will be leading a small team of local content managers and you'll plan and produce content across all channels. Content marketing is key to attracting new customers, driving retention and improving our brand awareness and perception.

About the team
The Content team is part of the Integrated Campaigns function. We are content specialists and we are on a mission to create differentiated content that delivers results. We work with regions and channel owners to ensure content is audience-centric and produces a measurable difference.
Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day?
You will be creating the overall content strategy and plan for English-language regions. This will consist of setting targets and KPIs for content performance along with leading and motivating a team of content managers. You will also ensure content is produced based on audience insights and business priorities and will be liaising with teams including integrated campaigns, web, social media, SEO and regional marketing stakeholders to deliver integrated, channel-specific content.

• Experience in leading content marketing in a digital environment


• Expertise in multi-channel content including SEO, social, web and email.


• Exceptional English-language writing, editing and communication skills.


• Experience in localising content, using SEO to generate organic blog traffic, using


• Wordpress for blog publishing, creating social media posts.
