Full Job Description

This role will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of the online marketing efforts. This will focus in the promotion of products and services through digital channels, Our Car Benefit Scheme gives employees access to affordable, fully maintained and insured cars for a fixed monthly amount delivered through a salary sacrifice employee benefit arrangement. Offering all fuel types, prices and over 1000 cars to choose from all by leading manufacturers.

What you'll need:

  • Experience in developing and managing digital channel strategies, and campaigns

  • Manage and develop SalesForce Marketing Cloud and the organisation's websites, as well as assist in the management of data cleanses, and the upkeep of SalesForce, Tusker's CRM

  • Work with the content team to optimise content for the website and social media. Attain key performance indicators across website to improve conversion from campaigns. Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website(s) against set KPIs.

  • Work with email marketing team to launching optimized omnichannel campaigns to increase company and brand awareness and oversee online advertising.

  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, by tracking and analyse website performance and provide regular internal reports

  • Assist in management of the marketing budget including purchase orders, recording and submitting all invoices to finance.

    At least 2 years' experience within a Digital Marketing role or similar

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • Experience with social media, Google products, email campaigns and SEO/SE

  • High attention to detail
