Additionally, candidates will be operating on a pan-European level across a wider A&M community such as Private Equity, Restructuring and other A&M business units to lead and manage the engagement and client relationship in the Retail and Consumer Sector.

We are looking for further experienced and ambitious Director and Senior Director level individuals to join our European Retail and Consumer Transformation Team who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead the change agenda of our clients across strategic, cost and growth topics

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are able to demonstrate a record of success in delivering major performance improvement / transformation projects and have a tight grasp on current industry trends and operational challenges.

We would expect the successful candidate to bring:

  • Experience from a leading consulting firm with a focus on Retail and/or Consumer clients is a must.

  • Experience from industry roles is highly desirable although not essential

  • A solid background in designing and delivering transformation and performance improvement projects

  • experience in Revenue Growth Management topics including pricing, promotions, marketing effectiveness, trade marketing, assortment and portfolio management and target operating model would be of particular interest.

  • A proven track record in the execution of transformation projects and delivering performance improvements

  • A data driven mindset and analytical rigour, ideally combined with financial experience

  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging, and unpredictable environment.

  • Professional network across the UK and European Retail and/or Consumer industry is highly desirable, especially for Senior Directors

  • Fluency in English is essential and other European languages are highly desirable due to our cross-border approach.

    We help our clients navigate complex merger integrations and carve-outs and work for corporations across several industries including Retail, Consumer Products, Industrials, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality and Pharmaceuticals.

    Retail and Consumer Transformation

    The Retail and Consumer team focus on providing sector specific transformation capabilities including commercial effectiveness, organisation design and performance improvement with a focus on reducing costs as well as growing the top line. As a team we work with some of the most recognisable Consumer and Retail brands, working across geographies and partnering with C-suite stakeholders.

    The senior team dont just have capabilities as advisors but in most cases also have a proven and successful track record as a senior level executive in operational roles within an organisation.
