Full Job Description

Adult and Community Services have an exciting opportunity within the Insight and Intelligence Team for a Senior Insight and Intelligence Officer based at Endeavour House in Ipswich.

You will be a part of a small group of intelligence and analysts and data specialists who work centrally within ACS.

Your role and responsibilities

The role of the team is twofold, to develop understanding of data and intelligence across the business through effective oversight of local reporting, and to create the tools and technologies that assist in developing an effective evidence-led approach to service delivery for the people of Suffolk., Step 3 - Upload a supporting statement indicating how you meet each of the criteria in the 'Person Profile' section of the JPP.

  • Please use Arial font size 11 and keep your statement to a maximum of two sides of A4.

  • Good office, IT and numeracy skills

  • The ability to prioritise your workload and communicate effectively

  • To solve complex problems in collaboration with the team

  • A focus on going quality improvement.


  • Knowledge of the public sector and adult social care is not essential if you have the right skills, attitude, and expertise.

  • £38,223 per annum (pro rata if part time)
