Full Job Description

You will be passionate about making sure that our clients have the right information, at the right time to run their businesses. You will shape, sell and deliver FP&A transformation projects that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working with our clients to understand the art of the possible for their FP&A functions in relation to planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting

  • Shaping and scoping advisory focused planning, budgeting and forecasting projects

  • Working across Deloitte's network of vendor and technical specialists to support our clients in technology led transformations

  • Supporting the sale of FP&A programmes, including responding to RFPs, writing proposals, and delivering proposal presentations

  • Developing talent through mentoring and coaching

  • Managing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

  • Experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams

  • Demonstrable experience of scoping and shaping FP&A transformation projects within private sector, with the value of over £2.0m

  • Extensive knowledge of EPM processes including consolidation and close, planning, budgeting and forecasting, and management reporting

  • Knowledge of FP&A vendor landscape


  • Desirable:
  • Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent

    Personal independence

    You'll be based in London with hybrid working. Our hybrid model enables our people to collaborate, connect and innovate in both a virtual and physical capacity.
