This role sits within the Financial Services & Insurance team who define and take to market standout propositions to ensure momentum and value growth for Consumer. Also leading on Insurance, Trade in, Repairs, Financial services and other elements of the After Sales P&L.

The Financial Services Proposition Senior Manager role is key to the development and performance of EE's hardware financing business. The role will lead on all aspects of the development and delivery of this critical enabler that unlocks future Mobile and Consumer Electronics growth.

Specifically you'll lead the team to deliver the current Flex Pay roadmap and drive performance, develop our future strategic financing direction, lead on securing new FCA permissions activity required to unlock Prop launches

What you'll be doing

  • Drive Financing Propositions and P&L delivery defining and executing new propositions that target high potential growth areas

  • Oversea new proposition delivery e.g. development and delivery of new Leasing propositions - where we're able to offer the lowest pricing and innovative subscription models to customers who are happy to lease not own their device

  • Manage the performance and action plans to drive to hit Flex Pay KPIs (buying a mobile on finance with airtime plan) as we roll out and scale up this critical business enabler to be our only way to buy Pay Monthly

  • Identifies and executes propositional enhancements to optimise performance and customer engagement

  • Owns and executes the Go to Market plan for specific Financial Services propositions ensuring plans are fully interlocked with Channels and Service.

  • Manage stakeholder buy in and support identifying and filling potential areas of resource gaps

  • Interlocking plans (joint strategy and roadmap planning where relevant) and strong collaboration with key teams from around the business e.g. mobile, home, compliance, finance, commercial

    Strong team leadership skills - experience of setting direction and developing high performing teams

  • Substantial knowledge and broad experience in Marketing and Mobile/CE category - ideally within a Financial Services capacity

  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and respect and build strong working relationships with stakeholder's across Consumer

  • Excellent planning and execution skills

  • Proven ability in making things happen - translate solutions into creation and delivery of practical and workable marketing plans that have a commercial / business impact

  • Experience of navigating large, complex organizational structures

  • Able to deal with ambiguity, identify resources to implement and determine pragmatic solutions

  • Ability to drive performance through data - excellent business acumen to track Proposition performance and creating/delivering actions plans to ensure success
