Full Job Description

  • Working with the Project Manager, BIM Lead and discipline engineers to define deliverables schedules, and implementing these within the model

  • Supporting the project team with technical delivery using Revit and other BIM related software

  • Modelling of a range of MEP services, including but not limited to mechanical pipework, ventilation, lighting, power, containment and drainage.

    BTEC ONC / NC in Building Services Engineering or higher.

  • Experience within the building services industry (consultancy or contractor).

  • Excellent understanding of model and drawing production using Revit MEP.

  • An in depth understanding of industry standards in particular BS EN ISO 19650.

  • Experienced in preparation of drawings and models with little to no input from engineers, using own experience to develop output from sketches provided by engineers .
