Full Job Description

The Integrated Combat Systems Build & Integration team are integral to the delivery of the Dreadnought Programme. This role provides the opportunity to work close to the product throughout both the Design and Build phases. As a Project Professional, you will be working in a cross-functional role with exposure to the wider programme throughout its entire lifecycle. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
+ Preparing analyses and collating data (including determining the availability of resources) to support the effective development of more detailed plans
+ Gathering data, updating project plans and generating project progress reports on behalf of the project manager
+ Monitoring, within defined frameworks and in assigned areas, activities carried out on projects/programmes to support their effective delivery
+ Maintaining project documentation. Identifying and expediting actions to respond to issues and deviations from the contract
+ Supporting the resolution of problems and issues to facilitate development of timely and effective solutions to avoid deviations from project plans
+ Developing and maintain relationships with stakeholders to meet their requirements, and lead in swift resolution of major issues
+ Management of associated material issues and close out

+ Experience in complex Project Management
+ Stakeholder Management experience
+ Experience in a project delivery focused role
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desirable:
+ Project Management Qualification
+ Knowledge and experience using Teamcenter
+ SAP experience
+ Experience in P6 Planning Tool

The Integrated Combat System Build & Integration team:
As part of the Integrated Combat System Build & Integration team you will play a vital part in delivery of the Dreadnought Programme. You will work alongside two other senior project professionals where you will all be in close communication with stakeholders who will be varied across cross functional teams. You will have the ability to see the build phase of the submarine as well as potentially having the opportunity to travel for this role.
