@GRAY, Offelia might be? [RA1]
[GO2]As in selection of things one works on, sometimes on this, sometimes on that. It's a way of saying 'selection of stuff' ??
Unsure if this should be in required [GO3]
I think if we're getting a developer at the G7 level for the ServiceNow team, ServiceNow platform experience should be required [HM4]
I think at least a working knowledge of ServiceNow is Essential. - I would expect someone at this level to be guiding subordinates, not being guided by them. [TN5]
A little knowledge share up or down the line is always valid, but not to the extent of saying someone without any experience of ServiceNow (which is what Desirable would make it) could function in the role properly.
Is this essential if we ask for general knowledge of SN? What if they know some SN but not ITSM part? [GO6]
Or is it maybe repetitive?
I would be surprised if someone at this level did not have at least ITSM experience of ServiceNow - it is primarily an ITSM Toolset, which has been expanding out very recently, so would expect knowledge to based around the ITSM side of the toolset. [TN7]
