The Supervisor must maintain and control a high level of guest service achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the staff. The Stewarding Supervisor reports directly to the manager in charge of Stewarding, and he/she oversees all aspects of the Stewarding
operation, including forecasting, scheduling, training and motivating other Stewards.Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc.Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.Ensure a clean, neat and organized work areaConduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons HotelsBasic Requirements:Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.Ability to carry heavy equipment is requiredThe ability to speak English fluently is required.Must have work authorization for the UK.
