Full Job Description
- You will actively safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people who live in the home.
- As a Team Leader, you will provide high quality childcare practice, within Aspris Care's philosophy, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach.
- Support the Registered Home Manager to ensure that a warm, nurturing, homely and accepting environment is delivered, and developed in accordance with our core values.
Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting. - Achieved your Level 3 Diploma (Residential Childcare) or equivalent / or working towards
- Ability to interact with a range of people / young people.
- Confidence and ability to lead a team of practitioners.
- To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people.
- Experience working with children who may display challenging behaviour.
- Shift work including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in duties on a rota system.
- Full driving licence is essential.
