Full Job Description

  • You will actively safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people who live in the home.

  • As a Team Leader, you will provide high quality childcare practice, within Aspris Care's philosophy, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach.

  • Support the Registered Home Manager to ensure that a warm, nurturing, homely and accepting environment is delivered, and developed in accordance with our core values.

    Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting.

  • Achieved your Level 3 Diploma (Residential Childcare) or equivalent / or working towards

  • Ability to interact with a range of people / young people.

  • Confidence and ability to lead a team of practitioners.

  • To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people.

  • Experience working with children who may display challenging behaviour.

  • Shift work including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in duties on a rota system.

  • Full driving licence is essential.
