Full Job Description

Rowan Tree House is a solo placement home in a beautiful setting in Gloucestershire, the home is for a young person with complex needs. Rowan Tree House will provide the young person who lives there with a home for life. Giving the young person stability, consistency, and appropriate, care, and support, while supporting them to integrate into the community as much as possible and achieve supported independence as they transition into adulthood.

You will provide support to the Registered Manager to help launch and run a newly established team, in a brand-new solo home in Gloucestershire.

  • Manage and lead a team of professional social care staff.

  • Create a strong and high achieving team.

  • Liaise with our key Stakeholders within and outside Action for Children.

  • Support the Registered Manager in data collection and analysis.

  • Passionate about making a positive difference in children's lives.

  • Experience of supervising and supporting a staff team

  • To hold a qualification relevant to the work or extensive experience and ongoing professional development.

  • Knowledge and experience of quality assurance approach to children's services.

  • Experience of analysing data and management information to support continual service improvement and development.

    Salary: up to £37,300 dependent on experience and qualifications.
