Full Job Description

Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the role is accountable for the configuration & management of the Service Now platform this includes all development , maintenance & administration of the platform for all business stakeholders activities This role is also responsible for the adoption of the Service Now platform across the organisation to support key processes working to capture and delivery business requirements.

How will you do this?

  • You will be fluent in Service Now development principles and be able to work in a fast-paced environment focussed on developing enterprise business solutions for customers.

  • By leveraging IT Service Management best practices and operating the ServiceNow platform as a shared service on behalf of varied organizations across the entire organization.

  • You will be responsible for the hands-on ServiceNow development experience with assignments covering the full ServiceNow suite of products including IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Security Operations, Customer Service, Human Resources, Strategic Platform Management and Business Management.

  • By integrating with other systems at the data services level using RESTful API integration and platform optimizing the ServiceNow platform to derive high value on behalf of our customers.

  • To own the Service Now development roadmap and produce innovative solutions to meet the business needs

  • By following best practices to configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow platform implementations across multiple ServiceNow modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Asset Management & Strategic portfolio management.

  • Facilitating technical workshops and requirements discussions with engineering and management

    Extensive ServiceNow experience in development, configuration, and administration

  • Scripting experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, and/or ReactJS

  • Current experience serving in a technical ServiceNow role for the implementation of features within the ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, and/or HR product suites.

  • Strong understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform and Integration tools

  • Experience with Agile development and project methodology.

  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.

  • Effective communication and documentation skills

  • Functional knowledge of cloud infrastructure

  • Experience with ServiceNow upgrade cycle(s)

  • ServiceNow CSA required, additional Development Certifications and Micro-Certifications a plus.

  • Mobile application experience a plus
